You are best off if you work within your network of contacts and local. You want to be able to see and talk directly to your fellow startup members. They are going to be building a product that will define you. The last thing you want to do is to be dependent on someone else on another continent that doesn’t speak your language natively to be the go between between you and a developer that is actually writing the code. You don’t want to have to go write page after page ofmspecification, you need to be able to work quickly and make changes, and that just isn’t possible with the model of overseas outsourcing. I’ve had to go into several startups that failed due to overseas outsourcing, and the problems were the exact same, software that was full of bugs that didn’t work written by people that had no idea what was going on, a project manager saying that there was no spec, people to busy to write a spec, all the while trying to CYA by saying “but the rates were really good.” You are judged on success or failure, not whether someone likes the rates.

Hi, as far as I know lots of companies are good at it nowadays. Still, I would rely in my own experience and recommend to get a quote from Evrone. It is always better to work with some dedicated team to build a successful product. Build a customized HR Tech software and let technology help you take better care of your most important. I`m pretty sure you`ll take the best decision. Hope it will make sense for you
