We're aware of a few issues that some members are experiencing with the site - we're really sorry for these teething problems (we're new to all this!) but we've posted a few resolutions below.
"I can't update my bio!" - this is a really common issue we're hearing about. Firstly, make sure you're updating the textbox (rather than the profile picture) by clicking "Save" at the bottom of the page (not "Confirm" near the top). If this doesn't help, try logging out and back in or using an alternative browser. This has worked for other members.
"I can't login!" - you may occasionally receive an error message (mentioning the server) that prevents you from logging in. If this is the case, please close your browser and then reload the site. This is a simple bug that is fixed by restarting your browser. If you continue to have issues, please get in touch.
"I can't use the chat facility!" - the chat facility is a little problematic on mobile devices so please make sure you're only trying to use it on a desktop version of the site. Sometimes, the chatbox can stall but if you refresh the page, you should then be able to log in as a "Guest" without further issues.

Thanks so much for the feedback - we're hoping to upgrade the chat facility soon to ensure that you don't need to log in twice. We'll also be making mobile site improvements over the holidays to try and get around this error.
